A leader should make sure that he understands his men and should ensure that he gets the best out of them. A true leader commands respect from the crowd ,while a boss demands respect. Another important trait of a leader is decision making. A good leader should be capable of making perfect decisions in quick time and should be able to motivate others .

Winston Churchill, as the prime minister of Great Britain, was known for his courageous leadership. He raised his people's hopes by his words at a time when they were at the brink of defeat . A leader should be able to raise his people's hopes when they lose it. The world has witnessed a plethora of leaders and many more are yet to come.
